Study On The Planning Strategy Of Lanzhou New Area Wetland Town Based On The The Concept Of Five-state Symbiosis

In the context of new urbanization,overall urban-rural planning and construction of characteristic towns across the region,the planning of featured towns lacks dynamic planning strategies.Therefore,this study is based on the learning and understanding of the leading planning theory,cultural landscape theory,symbiosis theory,high-end law of industrial structure,and sustainable development theory,combined with the characteristics of small town planning case studies both at home and abroad,trying to focus on the following questions to construct five-state interaction planning strategy and five-state symbiosis planning path location.In-depth study on the content framework,strategy construction and path setting of historical and cultural characteristic towns to explore the rule of the construction of historical and cultural characteristic town provides a reference for the construction of this kind of characteristic town.This paper,in the view of the town planning,combining the concrete example of Lanzhou new area wetland town,analyzes the development background,location and background characteristics of wetland town from the aspects of resources,industry,transportation and residence.The paper reviews the status quo of wetland towns and raises questions in the five aspects of culture,landscape,industry,space and transportation.This paper integrates the ideas of sponge planning,integration of four districts and town double repair and double plasticity,and makes reasonable positioning,abstracts the planning strategy of "five state interaction" suitable for the development of local historical and cultural characteristic towns,and establishes the matching relation with the path.In this paper,the planning path of "five-state symbiosis" is proposed to verify the planning strategy of "five-state interaction".The path setting is carried out at five levels: cultural,ecological,industrial,morphological and dynamic.Planning strategy of "five state interaction" and the planning path of "five-state symbiosis" have important practical significance to show the features of small town,repair town culture,restore town landscape,restore town industry,mold town style,coordinate space structure and composite town transportation,etc.It is helpful to solve the situation that there is no scientific and reasonable strategy system in Lanzhou historical and cultural town construction.
