Research On Planning Strategy Of Characteristic Towns In Yaoli

With the continuous standardization and improvement of national policies,the policy orientation of governments at all levels to encourage the development of characteristic towns has become more and more clear,and towns with Chinese characteristics have ushered in major development opportunities.In the past two years,the cultural and tourism-oriented towns have shown a trend of multi-flowering and rapid expansion due to their rich cultural connotation,tourism resources,economic development potential,national new urbanization and urban-rural integration.As a region rich in humanities and natural resources,Jingdezhen should have a good development prospect.However,Yaoli Town,the earliest and only national-level characteristic town in Jingdezhen,has a relatively slow development speed.This paper aims to explore the planning strategy of the characteristic towns of cultural tourism,and takes Yaoli Town as the research object.It has practical significance and reference value.The research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the characteristic towns and related concepts,sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign characteristic towns,analyzes the type characteristics and development history of the characteristic towns of the cultural tourism,and selects the typical domestic and foreign cultural towns.Carrying out analysis and research,summed up the historical connotation,basic characteristics,planning ideas and key points of the characteristic towns of the cultural tourism.Secondly,it introduces the location transportation,administrative overview,economic policy environment and human history of Yaoli Town,analyzes the characteristics of spatial form,environmental resources and characteristic industries,and analyzes the reasons why Yaoli Town was selected as a national-level characteristic town.Yaoli Town's lack of local cultural characteristics,backward public service facilities,imperfect industrial development system,insufficient policy and service support system and so on,analyzed the challenges faced by the construction of the characteristic towns of cultural tourism.It points out the significance of Building Characteristic Towns in promoting the improvement of people's livelihood in rural areas,protecting and inheriting local culture,promoting the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural industry system,innovating and opening up the pluralistic space of cultural tourism and leisure agriculture.Finally,based on the above analysis and research,this paper explores the basicconstruction path of the characteristic towns in Yaoli,and takes the space,industry,culture and environment as the starting point,and proposes specific spatial planning strategies,industrial development strategies,cultural inheritance strategies and environmental improvement strategy.Because the construction and development of characteristic towns have regional characteristics,and the results of research have been verified by practice for a long time,the research depth of this paper is still insufficient.I hope that the research results of this paper will provide some guiding significance for the construction of the characteristic towns of Cultural Tourism in Yaoli.At the same time,it will also plays a certain role in the further study of the characteristic towns of the Jingdezhen area and other related types of characteristic towns.
