Study On The Planning Path Of Characteristic Small Town In Huazhuang Town Of Lanzhou City From The Ecological Perspective

Many agricultural small towns in Gansu Province are limited by their fragile ecological environment and their long-term development lags behind.The paper attempts to take Huazhuang Town of Lanzhou City as the study object to find a strategic path for small towns from the ecological perspective,relying on its advantages of location conditions,resource endowments,industrial accumulation and regional characteristics,etc,so as to embark on a road of urbanization development with high output,product safety,resource conservation and environmental friendliness,lead small towns to promote the benchmarking,advanced learning and high quality development in the ecologically fragile areas in Gansu Province and even northwest.Using the methods of literature collation,data analysis,field research and SWOT analysis,the paper evaluated characteristic small towns from the three levels of country,Gansu and Lanzhou,from three aspects of policy document interpretation,basic situation analysis and cultivation status evaluation.The social development,economic situation,infrastructure and public service facilities of Huazhuang Town are sorted out,and SWOT analysis is carried out.The ecological elements are extracted from the four perspectives of agriculture,enterprise,environment and culture from Huazhuang Town.Based on the five theories of garden city,sustainable development,ecological economics,circular economy and industrial chain,the paper explores the characteristics of small towns based on ecology,and puts the characteristics of small towns in line with ecology.The planning path of the characteristic small towns in Huazhuang Town was put forward by cultivating ecological agriculture,improving supply quality,strengthening scientific and technological support,and building an information platform,the characteristics of ecological agriculture will be highlighted;by dividing industrial areas,supporting leading enterprises,developing circular economy,and extending industrial chains,the characteristics of ecological industries will be reflected;by dividing the ecological area,optimizing the landscape environment,creating an agricultural landscape,and rectifying the environment,the characteristics of ecological environment are displayed;by layouting tourism space,supporting service facilities,promoting agricultural tourism,and carrying out cultural and sports tourism,the characteristics of ecological culture are highlighted.The study has two major innovations.One is to verify and deepen the practical guiding significance of the five theories of garden city,sustainable development,ecological economics,circular economy and industrial chain to agricultural small towns,supplement and perfect planning theoretical support of characteristic small town,enrich and broaden the development direction of agricultural-type characteristic small towns.The second is to combine the construction of characteristic small towns with ecological construction to solve the dilemma of “It's hard to develop if you want ecology” in agricultural small towns in the ecologically fragile areas in Gansu Province and even northwest,and to promote a balance between social and economic development and ecological environmental protection,and to provide ideas for ecological economic development and economic ecological development.
