Research On The Process Quality Management Of The Original Assembly Building Construction In Xifu,Shenyang

China's assembly building started late,construction technology and construction technology are not perfect,there are still many quality problems.This paper,combined with theory and practice,makes an in-depth analysis on the quality problems and quality control of the construction process of Xifu original assembly building project,hoping to fundamentally improve the construction quality of assembly building.According to the construction process characteristics of the original assembly building in Xifu,through literature collection and construction site investigation,identify the relationship between construction quality reasons and construction process,build the two-stage process flow of component production and component site assembly,and find the key process path.On this basis,determine the key process affecting quality and the key process on the key process by AHP Process,with key process quality management as the goal,the solution paths and methods for key process are formulated in four aspects of organization,education,assessment and training,technology and information.First of all,this paper takes the process quality research of the original assembly building construction process of Xifu as the starting point,studies and references the research results of relevant literature at home and abroad,and combines the research results of domestic construction engineering From "total quality management","quality chain" and "quality management of construction process" to the pursuit of zero defects and problems in each process of construction to the selection of quality management methods for requesting engineering consulting services,the methods of quality management are comprehensively and deeply understood and analyzed.Secondly,investigate the common quality problems of assembly building,analyze the causes,find out the correlation between the causes and the construction process,establish the two-stage process flow chart of Xifu original assembly building production and construction assembly,determine the key process flow according to the on-site process,investigate the influencing factors of similar assembly building process quality and relevant literature Materials consulting,combined with AHP and two kinds of quality diagnosis theory,find out the key process in the construction process flow chart of each stage.It lays a foundation for the next stage to manage the quality of key processes and analyze the coupling effect between key processes.Finally,starting from the perspective of improving the quality management of key processes,using PDCA cycle and active and passive control methods,the organizational structure of the quality management of key processes of Xifu original assembly building project is established,and the quality awareness of workers' work behavior is provided through the positive education and training assessment of employees;the improvement of key process technical measures and paths is to ensure the process quality According to the relevant construction technical standards and acceptance specifications,the inspection is the basis for the inspection of the achievement of the construction quality objectives;the post-processing and information technology guarantee measures for the coupling of the key processes in the construction process of the project are the favorable tools for the improvement of the quality of the key processes.It can provide reference for the process quality management of similar assembly projects in the future.
