With the progress of society and the improvement of residents' living standard,Elevators are widely used in people's daily life and are becoming more and more indispensable.However,the problem of elevator safety has also become the focus of social attention.At present,most of the elevator safety conditions are given through regular inspection by the special inspection department.In the existing theoretical study of elevator safety,the index system of elevator safety evaluation is various,and the evaluation results are greatly influenced by the weight,and the stability of the evaluation results is poor.Therefore,it is of great academic value and engineering significance to further study the index system and methods of elevator safety evaluation on the basis of existing research.In view of the above problems,this paper makes a deep study on the safety evaluation index system and evaluation method of elevator by combining theoretical analysis and numerical statistics calculation software,and obtains a more scientific and effective evaluation index system and evaluation method.The main contents and conclusions of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Selecting of comprehensive evaluation index of elevator safety.Starting with the existing technical index of elevator,using the Pearson correlation coefficient theory and the professional data statistical analysis software SPSS to analyze and process each index data,the correlation coefficient between each index is obtained and the index quantity is deleted in turn.Finally,the stator winding temperature,output shaft vibration speed,car vertical vibration acceleration,switch door noise,switch door speed,after closing,car vertical vibration acceleration,car horizontal car vibration acceleration,car horizontal,balance coefficient,starting process acceleration,stationary running speed and peace layer error are determined as the evaluation indexes.(2)Establishment and verification of comprehensive evaluation method for elevator safety.According to the variable fuzzy set theory,the characteristics of the indexes in the elevator system are analyzed,the attractive domain matrix and the range domain matrix of each index are summarized according to the elevator technical index standard,the weight of each system is calculated by the index scale method in Analytic Hierarchy Process method,and the weight of each index is calculated by the Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation method in the objective weighting method,and the safety evaluation method for the elevator is finally obtained.Finally,the validity and reliability of the proposed evaluation method were verified by two elevators with service time of 3 years and 10 years respectively.
