The evaluation of elevator safety risks is based on the complete application of risk assessment techniques based on safety system engineering in the elevator industry.It can effectively evaluate elevator risks and reduce accident rates.China’s research on elevator safety risk assessment technology started relatively late compared with other countries,research is not yet complete,limited by technology and methods,most of the current evaluation is based on qualitative,and rarely quantitative evaluation.This article focuses on elevator safety inspection and evaluation.It applies the fuzzy quantitative evaluation method to elevator inspection practice,discusses elevator safety risk assessment system,proposes a fuzzy evaluation method for elevator safety risk,and completes failure inspection and risk assessment of a fault elevator.The main contents of the thesis include:First,the common faults and inspection methods of elevators are analyzed,and the elevator safety risk assessment system is discussed.Including the principle and basis of elevator safety risk assessment,scope of application and risk assessment process,and briefly analyzes the characteristics of fuzzy evaluation method and fault tree analysis method.Second,the elevator safety risk assessment method based on fuzzy evaluation method is proposed.The basis of the fuzzy risk evaluation method for elevator safety is discussed,the content of elevator safety risk assessment is comprehensively analyzed,and the mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation is established.Based on GB/T 209000-2007 / ISO/TS 14798: 2006 “Lifts(elevators)escalators and moving walks—Risk assessment and reduction methodology”,with reference to the principles and procedures for standard formulation,elevator risk assessment is divided into three risk categories,4 Level risk harm level,level 6 risk probability level,and establish the fuzzy function relationship of risk category.Third,based on the fuzzy evaluation method,completed the safety inspection and risk assessment of an old traction-driven passenger elevator.After comprehensive on-site inspections,the safety risk identification of elevators involved 9 dangerous plots,and the risk category was rated as Class I.To conclude the value of the elevator and the need for renovation,the risk assessment conclusions are drawn: The use of elevators is suspended.It is recommended that the 2.8(1),2.8(2),2.9,4.9,5.6,6.5,6.8(3),8.1 and other projects with risks be rectified.After the rectification must pass the comprehensive inspection of the statutory inspection agencies can continue to use.This conclusion has been approved by users and safety supervision agencies.The application shows that the fuzzy quantitative safety assessment method is applied to elevator safety risk assessment and can scientifically evaluate safety risks.The timely implementation of effective measures not only can prevent or reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in old elevators,but also can fill some gaps and deficiencies in the existing elevator-related regulations and standards,provide basis for the scrapping of elevators,and strengthen the safety supervision of old elevators.It is of great practical value to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction of old elevators.
