Study On The Design Of Outdoor Garden In The Elderly Apartment In Changsha City

In recent years,with the aging of China's population and the change of the concept of old-age care,the construction of new-age care institutions such as elderly apartments has received widespread attention.However,the construction of most elderly apartments ignores the importance of outdoor gardens and does not consider the elderly.The fundamental need only meets the basic greenfield norms.In view of this article,the discussion and research on the outdoor garden design of the elderly apartment,through consulting a large amount of literature,combined with questionnaire survey and field survey analysis,the main findings are as follows:(1)Through the questionnaire survey and field investigation of the outdoor garden of the elderly apartment in Changsha City,the basic information,satisfaction and outdoor garden element preferences of the elderly were summarized and analyzed.In the field investigation,it was found that the elderly apartments in Changsha were generally neglected and humanized.Design,lack of landscape participation,outdoor space homogenization,poor communication,few plant species,plant group level is not rich enough,landscape elements design is single,lack of artistry and other issues,according to these survey questions to make corresponding recommendations.(2)Guided by environmental psychology,physical engineering of the elderly,and the theory of phytotherapy,it is proposed that the outdoor garden of the elderly apartment should meet the ecological perception needs,participatory needs,belonging needs,sense of the sense of the field,and physical characteristics of the elderly.Based on the analysis of the survey results of the outdoor garden of the elderly apartment in Changsha,the design method of the outdoor garden of the elderly apartment in Changsha City was put forward.It is believed that different spatial sense should be paid attention to in the reconstruction of the terrain;plant therapy should be paid attention to plant therapy,and plants should be used for the elderly.Healthy service functions and health functions;in the design of small facilities should be coordinated with the overall style,and should be integrated with local culture,life and interesting.(3)Select Changsha City's Jixiang Phoenix City Senior Apartment as a practical case,useexisting landscape resources and sites,and follow the principles of system and diversity,humanization and safety,ecology and health.To create a model for outdoor gardens in Changsha City,which meets the functions of leisure,fitness,communication,health care and health care for the elderly.The outdoor garden design of the elderly apartment should pay attention to the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly,and build a comfortable old-age environment for the elderly around the theme of health care for the elderly.
