In the current society,with the advancement of science and technology,the growth rate between vehicle ownership and parking space availability is increasingly mismatched with supply and demand.,which has gradually led to the status of "difficult parking" and "parking disorder".Especially in the temporary parking area,the parking space resources are extremely insufficient.While parking space system is affected by urban planning and other issues,it is difficult to fill the gap in a short time.Efficient use of existing parking space resources has become an important way to alleviate the current “difficult parking” and “parking disorder”.This article studies the management and application of temporary parking spaces on the roadside,combines the informationization,intelligence,sharing,and real-time nature of technologies such as the Internet and the IoT(Internet of Things),and comprehensively considers requirements of the system and the production and promotion of later products.Based on the analysis of competing products,a roadside parking management system based on intelligent parking lock management was designed,and the hardware and platform software development of the system was completed.First of all,a smart parking lock supporting the on-street parking management system was designed to realize online uploading of parking space information and intelligent unmanned management of parking spaces.We completed the hardware selection,function development,circuit design and programming.While realizing the core functions,the existing products are optimized for performance,simplified development steps and reduced costs to meet the production of the enterprise.Secondly,the software platform of the on-street parking space management system is designed to realize the functions of system client page display,parking space reservation and navigation,online payment and parking space control management.The system frontend design,background database construction,and parking management service software design were completed.The platform uses the WeChat mini program for presentation,which is easy for users to master and operate,and it is convenient for enterprises to develop and promote.In summary,the system realizes real-time sharing of parking space usage,parking space reservation,route planning,and online payment,which reduces traffic congestion caused by parking issues.At the same time,intelligent unmanned management saves management manpower,and avoid the problem of illegal parking and order evasion from the root.It will play a great role in building the smart cities,and can provide a reference for the subsequent research on intelligent network-linked parking systems.
