Research On The Protection And Creation Of Li Yuzi Mansion

Li Yuzi Mansion is located in Anren Town,Dayi County,Sichuan Province.It was built in 1940.It belongs to the combination of traditional residential architecture and western architecture in western Sichuan.It is a typical representative of Anren Mansion and a modern historical building in Chengdu.Li Yuzi Mansion is located in the field on the outskirts of Anren Town.It is one of the rare "pastoral mansions" in the local area.Its special location environment,architectural features,historical and cultural backgrounds have high research value.According to site research,Li Yuzi Mansion is currently used for commercial development.Due to improper use and lack of perfect protection measures,the historical building of the mansion has problems of damaged appearance and unused space.The landscape environment also has a single function and a foundation.The lack of facilities and the inconsistency of the building style,etc.,the current status of preservation and utilization is not optimistic.Therefore,how to make the Li Yuzi Mansion not only be effectively protected,but also enable the building and landscape space of the mansion to be created,is an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes Li Yuzi Mansion as the research object,analyzes and summarizes its historical evolution,architectural features,protection and utilization status through field investigation and data collection,and refers to relevant theoretical and practical cases of historical building protection and creation at home and abroad.The principles and measures of protection and creation are put forward Finally,the design plan for the repair of the historical buildings of Li Yuzi Mansion and the improvement of the landscape environment and the spatial layout of the building are completed to achieve the purpose of protecting and creating the mansion,and at the same time,to find a feasible way for the protection and creating of similar mansion in Chengdu.
