| Industrial production in China has been continuously improved and perfected since the reform and opening-up,so as to gradually break away from the original working way.With the rising industrialization level,China,as the world’s factory,is entering a new era of "made in China 2025".This makes the packaging machinery industry under the new era to develop the spirit of innovation,accelerate the transformation and upgrading,realizing the improvement of the automation degree of packaging production line.The full-automatic bag-delivering packaging machine integrates sensor technology,pneumatic technology,mechanical design and variable frequency drag technology of bag packing machine.A complete set of working procedures is coordinated by multiple agencies,and each process has its own executing agency.They work together to realize the bad taking up,bad opening up,bad feeding and heat sealing.According to the production process and working process of bag packaging machine,this paper mainly designs and studies the following aspects:(1)Model the main executing mechanism of each process of bag packing machine by soildworks,and understand the mechanical structure and control requirements of automatic production line of packaging machine.The overall control scheme of the packaging machine was designed and the reliability analysis of the flexible packaging system was carried out.(2)In order to improve the production efficiency of the packaging machine and keep its high precision,the fuzzy adaptive PID control is designed for the weighing system of the packaging machine.Based on PLC,the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control of the weighing system of packaging machine was designed,use MATLAB/Simulink to realize simulation.Compared with traditional PID control,fuzzy adaptive PID control is adopted to make the weighing process more accurate and responsive.(3)Based on the basic knowledge of the programmable controller,select the required hardware and equipment of the packaging machine production line was selected,the hardware wiring diagram of the control system was designed and the I/O port of the programmable controller was distributed.(4)By using the Siemens programming software Step7,design the packaging machineproduction line control system statement table and the fuzzy PID control program of the weighing system were made.Based on Kinco HMI ware configuration editing software to design the upper computer control system interface,realize real-time human-computer interaction and parameter setting were made so as to realize the controlling safety and efficiently of the output devices.(5)Through experiment with the whole machine transmission work,the heat sealing property of the packaging machine was investigated and the optimum heat sealing parameters were obtained.On this basis,the accuracy of the weighing system of the packaging machine is tested online.The equipment structure and control parameters are optimized according to the operation effect of the whole machine.(6)Summarize the full text and put forward the future prospect. |
