| With the rapid rise of a new round of industrial revolution,intelligent manufacturing has attracted more and more attention.As an important part closely related to all links of manufacturing industry,industrial software plays an important role in China’s industrial upgrading and the rapid development from quantity to quality.However,at present,the basic ability of China’s industrial software industry is still relatively weak.There are deficiencies in the ability of independent R &D and design.At the same time,there is a lack of understanding and attention to the human-computer interaction design of industrial software.In the field of electrical software,in the early design process of electrical cabinet,due to the complex structure of products,various types of composition models and cumbersome generation of non-standard models,the mainstream electrical software can not ensure the rapid output of product prototypes.At the same time,most of these software are secondary development based on Auto CAD,and the core technology is controlled by others.This paper designs and develops the electrical cabinet rapid assembly system,which is based on the open cascade open source geometry engine development environment to ensure the lightweight and autonomy of the system.In terms of improving human-computer interaction,according to the characteristics of the electrical cabinet model,the auxiliary operation optimization method based on visual variables is analyzed,and the eye movement experiment exploration method is adopted to select the effective optimization scheme and reproduce it in the system.The main research results are as follows:(1)The overall framework of electrical cabinet rapid assembly system for human-computer interaction is designed,the system requirements are analyzed,the work flow,architecture and main functional modules of the system are discussed,and the key technologies involved in the difficulties of system development are summarized.(2)This paper expounds the work flow of the core functions of the electrical cabinet rapid assembly system,and explains the implementation mode of the system functions based on open cascade and other core technologies.(3)The perception effect of the application of visual variable theory to the electrical cabinet model is verified,and the eye movement experiment is carried out to verify the cognitive impact of the application of visual variable theory to the three-dimensional scene on users.Starting from the characteristics of the electrical cabinet model,the operation process of the electrical cabinet rapid assembly system is analyzed based on behavior habits,and combined with the eye movement experiment results,the direction of software operation aided optimization based on visual variable theory is proposed.(4)The operation display optimization scheme of the core action of the system is optimized,and the auxiliary operation optimization effect of color,transparency and spatial attitude visual variables is deeply studied.The geometry engine optimization scheme based on open cascade is reproduced.(5)A human-computer interaction oriented electrical cabinet rapid assembly system is developed,which verifies the feasibility of the electrical cabinet rapid assembly system combined with auxiliary operation optimization scheme,and the process analysis and rationality test of the mechanism and key technologies involved in the system are carried out through an application example. |
