Urban road intersections are the key points to connect the whole traffic network.However,traffic congestion occurs frequently due to the characteristics of large traffic flow and complex traffic conditions.Therefore,high traffic efficiency of intersections is crucial to alleviate traffic congestion.In fact,the traffic efficiency of intersections usually depends on whether the signal control plan is reasonable.Thus,an efficient and intelligent signal control plan recommendation system is of great significance to control traffic congestion.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of traffic signal timing,this dissertation proposes and implements a traffic signal control plan recommendation system.The architecture design of traffic signal control plan recommendation system,the research of control plan recommendation algorithm and the implementation of system software are studied.The main work is as follows:1.Summarizing the shortcomings of the existing signal control system,and the basic concept and corresponding rules of traffic signal timing are expounded;then analyzing the demand of the recommendation system in terms of function and performance;finally,the overall architecture of this system is designed.2.The control plan recommendation algorithm is introduced to improve the work efficiency of timing personnel.Firstly,the theoretical analysis of the mainstream neural network algorithm is carried out,and the most suitable algorithm for this system is selected by contrast;then the recommendation algorithm of this system is implemented and the experimental analysis and result evaluation are put into effect combining the traffic flow data.3.The traffic signal control plan recommendation system is designed and implemented.Moreover,the function of this system is improved through the following four aspects: user and authority module,homepage display module,focusand regulation module and plan recommendation module.4.By dividing the functions of the recommended system,the test cases are written.And functional test,compatibility test and security test are further conducted to ensure the successful deployment of the system in the server.The system designed in this dissertation is to make use of the development of network information technology and realizes the intelligence and high efficiency of traffic signal control through Web development technology.Thus,the efficiency of timing work can be improved and traffic congestion can be alleviated to a certain extent.
