The refrigerator door sealing frame is composed of four trips,which is welded by welding machine.Its quality directly affects the insulation effect of the refrigerator.At present,the welding production of refrigerator seal strips mainly adopts the semiautomatic mode of manual operation,which can only complete the forming of seal strips by single corner welding.The worker's labor intensity is high,and the quality of finished products is unstable and the production efficiency is low.In addition,due to the use of heating fusion welding,the working environment is relatively poor.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of automatic welding equipment for refrigerator seal strips.Based on the analysis of the structure of seal strips and the welding process and equipment characteristics of the current seal strips,an automatic device for synchronous welding of four corners of refrigerator seal strips is designed for different size and specifications of seal strips.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the quality requirement of the seal strip frame and the actual situation of the production line and workshop in the factory,the process flow of synchronous welding of the four corners of the seal strips under the requirement of automatic production is analyzed.Based on the conceptual design method,the behavior,action and functional structure of the four-corner synchronous welding device for refrigerator seal strips are analyzed.The preliminary design schemes of positioning,clamping,piercing and opening of the seal strips are put forward.The design schemes are analyzed and evaluated by using the theory of fuzzy sets and tone operator,select the optimized four-corner synchronous welding device scheme.(2)Aiming at the reliability of positioning and clamping of seal strips by negative pressure adsorption,ADAMS software was used to simulate the process of penetration movement of seal strips after adsorption and positioning.The effects of different negative pressure adsorption force and penetration speed on the reliability of positioning and clamping of seal strips in the process of penetration movement were studied to determine the reasonable adsorption force and penetration speed.(3)According to the requirement of quality and efficiency of seal strips melting welding,the temperature field in the process of hot-melt welding is analyzed by ANSYS software,and the calculation results of temperature field are analyzed by postprocessing program,its aims to determine the influence of welding heating time,heating temperature and other process parameters on the temperature field distribution and the thickness of melting layer on the end of refrigerator seal strips.(4)According to the requirement of synchronous welding for the four corners of seal strips,determined the control flow of the equipment.The control program of synchronous welding equipment is compiled by GX Works2,a PLC programming software,and debugged on the completed prototype with the method of step-by-step and overall debugging.The control program is continuously improved and the performance requirements of the four corners synchronous welding equipment are realized.
