Since decades of development,home appliance manufacturing industry has entered saturation period in China.The innovation of home appliance products tends to normal.With the improvement of living standards,consumers require refrigerators higher.The prosperity of the Internet stimulates the new consumption–consumption online.It should be highly concerned whether the consumers online are satisfied with the refrigerators or not during the conceptual design.During the process of conceptual design,designers may collect some Internet pictures to stimulate inspiration.However,in the era of "information explosion",facing hundreds of millions of Internet pictures,designers collect those pictures more difficultly on the traditional creative platform.So it is most urgent to obtain available pictures quickly and efficiently for designers.The intelligent inspiration platform is based on consumer demands extracted from their reviews online,and the interest model of designers,then recommends pictures intelligently.Firstly,this study selects refrigerators from Casarte(Haier),Samsung,LG,Bosch,and Siemens as the objects of the consumer-demand-mining experiment.Then downloads refrigerators pictures on the website of Jing dong Mall and Suning.com,and crawls valuable consumer reviews.Pictures collected on Pinterest,Behance,and Hua Ban.com as materials to stimulate designer's innovation,are stored in the database of the intelligent creative stimulation platform.Secondly,this study establish a consumer-demand-mining process(consumer online review data collection,feature-sentiment classification,feature-sentiment clustering,evaluation and summary)to obtain consumers demands from consumption reviews,which is finally obtained characteristic attributes through cluster analysis.Consumers focus on the compressor performance,independent space,doors,but they are not satisfied with the material technology,intelligent Internet and sound.In addition,this study regards consumer needs as a representation of designer's interest.It build a personalized picture recommendation process based on a designer 's interest model,the interest of the designer expressed by the scope,depth,and time,thereby establishing the interest model and mining the searching records to match the designers' interest with pictures.Finally,with the help of hardware equipments and software tools,algorithm and image database,this study builds an intelligent creative stimulation platform,platform framework and interactive interface,as well as test.Overall,the intelligent creativity inspiring platform in this study excavates consumer needs from online reviews of consumers,helps designers obtain the real needs of consumers from new perspective,and solves the problems that consumers really caring about.Personality Picture recommendation can not only inspire the designer's inspiration,but also improve their work efficiency,providing a favorable reference for optimization of product conceptual design process and method innovation in the future.
