The traditional way of collecting electricity fees has the problems of cumbersome charging of electricity fees and weak connection between business systems,which lead to difficulties in information communication,lagging payment and low recovery rate of electricity fees.It is imperative to popularize the remote charging control technology of electric energy measurement and improve the service quality and optimize the management mode on the user side.At present,with the rapid development trend of the charge control system of China Southern Power Grid Corporation,the main station function of the marketing business system of the power supply bureau has been relatively mature,and has the basic software function and hardware conditions of the application of remote charge control technology.Firstly,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign energy meter fee control system and application of fee control technology,aiming at the overall demand of the application of remote fee control technology at the present stage and the inflexibility of local fee control operation,this paper establishes the basic model of the overall architecture of the application system of remote fee control technology as the basis of other function design.Secondly,on the basis of the overall design of the application of remote cost control technology,the hardware structure framework of the application of remote cost control technology is built.In-depth study of the functional upgrading requirements of automation terminals,the system master station,communication channel,measurement equipment are analyzed,and the implementation process of cross-system data interface is designed to achieve information sharing between systems.By improving the laboratory testing mechanism of fee-controlled metering equipment,the problem of non-standard testing ofexternal miniature circuit breakers for fee-controlled watt-hour meters and fee-controlled watt-hour meters can be effectively solved.Then,the system closely related to the application of remote fee control technology is further analyzed and discussed,the software program design is optimized,the related system fee control functions such as prepayment system,marketing MIS system,measurement automation system and two-way information interactive platform are improved,the cross-system work responsibilities of fee control business are defined,and the management mode of real-time power outage and restoration is realized.Finally,in the actual application process,aiming at the problems of unsuccessful switching of some meters caused by the influence of electric energy meter,concentrator,main station system and communication channels,measures are formulated from two aspects of technology and management,which effectively improves the reasonable establishment of concentrator timescale and terminal switching mechanism.At the same time,the acceptance and acceptance management standards for supporting products such as fee-controlled watt-hour meters,smart miniature circuit breakers,interactive terminals,as well as on-site installation and operation and maintenance management system are put forward,which improves the work efficiency and operation and maintenance management level.The design of hardware system,software function and related business mechanism of the application of remote fee control technology is discussed in this paper.The intelligence and real-time of the application of remote fee control technology are brought into full play.The functions of bidirectional communication,data sharing and intelligent operation between systems are realized.The application results prove that the remote fee control technology studied in this paper has strong practicability in electricity fee recovery,information exchange and so on.Sex and convenience.The research results of this subject can provide important guidance for the research and application of remote cost control technology in power system marketing specialty.
