Electric meters performed important function in intelligent power.Smart grid acquires rapid expansion,which makes the quantity demanded of meters increase sharply.Mackenzie delivered that the forecast data of global smart meters is more than 1.2 billion until 2024,which is twice that of 2017.At present,the demand for smart meters in mid-eastern of China is between 15 million and 50 million.Due to security requirements,the power enterprise of smart meter data has not yet open to the public,it is possible to obtain the power data in the electricity information acquisition system by applying for authority from the power enterprise or to install the smart electricity meter at one’s own expense.Those method also has many disadvantages,such as high cost,complicated procedures,and delayed data updating,which is not available to participate in grid interaction for real-time adjustment of user-side load,and is also not available to further mining,analysis and application of electricity data.In sum,we studied how to realize and where to apply electricity information perception and sharing.First of all.the research on domestic and overseas smart meters is investigated to know about the innovation and pain points in the current research.Secondly,it investigates the power information perception scheme and its application scenarios,investigates the feature of many meter reading schemes and transmission technology,investigates their application scenarios,analyzes the application of smart meter data.Thirdly,it analyzes the functional requirements,designs the implementation method,and designs the key architecture of electricity information perception and sharing considering those perception and sharing technology,project architectural hierarchy and its functionality of each layer:The first layer implements the automatic meter reading,the second layer implements efficient and fast data transmission,and the third layer implement statistical analysis,data sharing,data management,etc.,and researchs the supporting technology of electricity information perception and sharing.Finally,we researchs the application of electricity information perception and sharing for residential side load,analyzes the correlation between the electricity data of load and the total electricity data of load equipment cluster,establishes the model of equipment and equipment cluster,and puts forward an electric heating load control algorithm taking electric heating as the representative of residential side load.In this paper,an example is set,then simulate and analyze it.It is found that this algorithm can decrease the peak to 81.48%and the peak-to-valley to 62.96%considering electricity safety.Moreover,it possesses clear advantages over other control algorithms considering electrical comfort.To sum up,this paper studies the realization mode and application scenario of electricity information perception sharing,providing a fast and cheap electricity information sharing mode,which is conducive to the real-time interaction between residential side load and power grid.
