The operating state of the engine valve during opening process is affected by the load force.Aiming at this problem,based on the load characteristics of engine valve,the simulation load system and its control technology are deeply studied.The simulation load system realizes the simulation of load force for engine valve.The main work and research results of the paper include the following aspects:(1)The AVL-Fire thermodynamic simulation model of the engine was established.The simulation results of the cylinder pressure were compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the 3D simulation model.The load characteristics of the engine exhaust valve in the exhaust stroke were obtained by numerical simulation,which provided a theoretical basis for the target load force of the simulation load system.(2)Based on the electromagnetic linear load simulator,the simulation load system for engine load force was proposed and designed,and the requirement analysis was carried out.The dynamic simulation model of the electromagnetic linear load simulator was established in Matlab/Simulink.The rationality of the simulation model was verified by experiments,which provided a platform for the research on the control algorithm of the simulation load system.(3)The model of simulation load system was established.The output force of the load system was controlled by PID control algorithm.Simulation result realized the follow-up of the target load force.Considering nonlinear factors of the actual load system,H_?multi-cell vertex control algorithm based on linear variable parameter(LPV)model was designed.Through static and dynamic simulation,the static and dynamic characteristics of the load system were analyzed.(4)The hardware design and software development of the simulation load system were completed,and the test bench of the system was built.The experimental research of the simulation load system was completed based on H_?multi-cell vertex control algorithm.The static and dynamic load characteristics of control system were obtained.The experimental results meet the system performance requirements,and the feasibility of multi-cell vertex control algorithm for loading force control was verified.
