The gas regulating valve is the core component of the variable thrust solid engine.If its development is carried out in a real environment,it will inevitably increase the test cost and development cycle.Electric linear simulation loading technology is a technology to simulate loading objects under laboratory conditions.This technology has the advantages of high loading accuracy,fast response,low cost,safety and no pollution.This paper conducts in-depth research on electric linear simulation loading technology,and launches simulation loading research on gas load force of gas control valve through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test methods.The main research content and results of the thesis include the following parts:(1)The overall scheme of electric linear simulation loading technology is designed,and the structure design of the moving coil electromagnetic linear load simulator is completed.Based on the demand analysis of the simulation loading system and the electromagnetic field simulation analysis,the structural size of the load simulator is calculated by parameterization,and the prototype is completed.(2)The mathematical model of the electric linear simulation loading system is established.The simulation model constructed in Matlab/Simulink.It mainly includes electromagnetic linear load simulator model,power drive module,elastic rod model and gas regulating valve model.The accuracy of the simulation model is verified through experiments.(3)A compound control method of electromagnetic linear load simulator is proposed.Excessive force problems and non-linear factors such as friction,clearance,and time-varying parameters in the loading system make it impossible to obtain an accurate mathematical model of the system.The feedforward compensation controller can directly determine the compensation amount according to the position disturbance of the load object.This direct compensation minimizes the inertial excess force in the system.The neural network has the characteristics of not relying on the precise mathematical model of the controlled object,and can approximate any nonlinear system through self-learning and self-adapting capabilities.Therefore,this paper proposes a compound control method,which is composed of feedforward compensation controller,RBF neural network identifier and single neuron PID controller.Through dynamic simulation research,the force following and excess force suppression of the loading system under the compound control method are analyzed.(4)The system test platform is established,and relevant test research is carried out.The software and hardware development of the system was completed,and the experimental research of the electromagnetic linear load simulator based on the compound control strategy was realized.Through the loading force tracking test and the surplus force suppression test,the practicability of the controller and the effectiveness of the compound control method are verified.
