The flight simulator can simulate various flight states of the aircraft and provide visual,auditory and tactile experience to the pilot.The control load system is an important equipment of flight simulator.It determines the force feedback that the pilot perceives in the actual training process.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a general control load system for the development of small aircraft simulator.Firstly,this paper analyzes the requirements of the control load system of the small aircraft simulator,and completes the hardware design of the project.Secondly,the control force of the horizontal tail is studied,and the corresponding mathematical model of the feedback force is established.The mathematical model of each link of the feedback force loading channel is established,and the overall simulation model is built in Simulink.Then,after studied the application of PID controller in the system.Aiming at the problems of poor universality and difficult parameter setting of the control load system when using PID controller,a neural network PID control algorithm(PIDNN)controller is designed,and the two control methods are compared and simulated.The results show that PIDNN algorithm has the advantages of fast response speed,simple parameter setting and strong generality,so it is suitable to be used as the control algorithm of general control load system.Finally,the system experiment and analysis are carried out,the problems in the debugging process and the solutions are explored,and the feasibility and reliability of the proposed PIDNN algorithm are verified,and the output performance of the system meets the design requirements.In this paper,the universality of the control load system is fully considered,and in the verification process,the advantages of the designed load structure and the universality of the system controller algorithm are proved,which reduces the cumbersome software and hardware transplantation work of adapting to different models.The general electric control load system provides a solution with short adaptation time and excellent performance for the later design of the control load system of small aircraft simulator.
