The digital control system in the nuclear instrument and control system largely replaces the traditional analog control platform.It provides various controls,protections and monitoring information for nuclear power facilities to ensure the safty,reliablity and effective operation of various nuclear power facilities under normal and abnormal conditions.However,due to the large number of equipment controlled by the instrument and control system,the number of control and measurement points become very large.At the same time,the types of equipment are also diverse because of different power supply modes and signal types.In such a complex situation,it becomes very important to manage data in designing the nuclear control system.The design data of nuclear I&C system includes all input documents related to the design of nuclear I&C system,such as drawings from design institute,I/O list,etc.All design output files,such as cabinet layout drawing,terminal connection table,etc.The traditional nuclear I&C system design data management focuses more on the informatization of data,and saves the data to the database? It ignores the correlation between data.The correlation between data can form effectively tracing history and relationship,which is helpful for engineers to track design requirement and locate design issues.It can improve the quality of the design process of nuclear I&C system further more.By analyzing the work and entire design process in each stage of the nuclear I&C system design process,this paper summarizes the deficiencies in the current design process,and then analyzes the business requirements of the data management software.In software architecture design and functional module design,it is user-centered and takes development and maintenance costs into consideration.Taking users as the center,we consider the universality and convenience of user operation,simplifing the operation logic of the software,unifing the operation style of the software and reducing the learning cost of users;Taking the cost of development and maintenance into account,we focuse on the compatibility,fault tolerance and maintenance costs of the software,by analyzing the requirements of the software and the existing working environment,and propse a cost-effective software architecture and functional module design.By studying the use frequency and data volume of database tables,we design the relational schema of database reasonably.The data management software of the nuclear I&C system design adopts C/S structure,applies Visual Studio,Oracle and other software,takes WPF,WCF,NHibernate as the core technology.Finally we complete the development using technologies aboveCurrently,the software has been used online and supports three nuclear power projects.There are no serious defects in the data management software,which result in software crash and data loss.The use of data management software reduces the error rate of engineers and reduces the cost of manpower.
