Compositive Management System Research Of Enterprise Safety Production

With the growing scale of China's industrialization and the endless of safety incidents,these have caused significant losses and adverse effects to employees,enterprises and the whole society.Therefore,there is particularly important to prevent accidents in production while improve enterprise security management.This paper analyzed the problem of Safety Production Supervision and Management in SMEs.In response of the "Safety Production Information" plan,it put forward construction requirements,achieved safety production and accident prevention.Not only that,it had improved the level of safety supervision and management,optimized workflow and work efficiency,combined with the actual security status of San An Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd.in Tianjin.We proposed to establish the production of integrated enterprise security management system with the Meteor as the framework of development,MongoDB as database,JavaScript as the language of development.Analyse and research the system of construction technology program,design and implementation.The main work includes the following aspects:First,this system took the view from the actual work of production safety supervision and management in small and medium enterprises,aimed at the current actual needs of enterprise security management work,also targeted to build a production complex enterprise security management system as the basic framework.Second,enterprise security integrated management system to create,based on the needs of the target system to the management system is divided into four parts,as security infrastructure management subsystem,safe production management subsystem,management subsystem security checks and safety checks mobility management system.The first three parts are the desktop version of the system,which is the main achievement for managing safety information.The last part of the system which is the mobile version,primarily responsible for achieving corporate site safety inspection work.In terms of these four sub-structure,characteristics,functions,and techniques of systems of analysis and research were carried out.Third,this paper used computer programming,database construction and other technical means to complete the technical integration of comprehensive enterprise security management system.After a period time of use shows that the safety production management system design is reasonable,stable.It's successful implementation of enterprise information management of production safety,optimize process safety work,improve work efficiency,has become a production safety accident prevention business important safeguard.
