Research And Realization Of Drawing Management System

With the development information, many middle-sized and small domestic enterprises urgently need to solve the problem of management of products. Application of the technology can make enterprises, departments and working groups more efficient in managing engineering blueprint files, engineering data during the whole life cycle of a product so as to reduce the period of product designing and improve the quality of development. The present paper is to solve the question of CAD drawing management. It applies the PDM technology, establishes electronic document system based on the PDM.This paper analyses the demands of enterprises for product data management and introduces the function requirements and the application scopes of the technology. Secondly, this paper also discusses the systems structure applied in designing product drawing management system and raises some means to develop needed software to put it into practice. According to actual situation of the machinery and repair plant of electric drawing version disordering management and lower sharing degree of interrelated information infected group efficiency and quality in the course of new product designing, adopted the advance B/S frame and the technologies of ASP.NET designed drawing management system of adaptive small and medium-sized enterprise, which can help users to realize technical exchange ,information sharing and drawing workflow management in network. The management system from the aspect of system development environment, structure and function, function module and the solution of data base of key technologies are indicated. . It can shorten the circle of developing products and improve efficiency of ones to reach the aim of the market competition of enterprise.
