As an emerging technology,Building Information Modeling(BIM)has brought the spring breeze of reform to the traditional construction industry through its visualization, simulation and synergy. The BIM technology provides the construction project in our country Advanced and convenient at the same time, but also inevitably bring such as legal, technical and other levels of risk.As an important means to restrain the rights and obligations of contractors, the contract should be taken as the first measure. In order to further control risks and better promote BIM technology in China,it is necessary to formulate a unified BIM contract text. For the purpose of determine the main content of the contract text based on BIM technology application, the key elements of the contract should be determined as the core content. In this paper, the literature research method, analytic hierarchy process and empirical analysis method are used to describe and analyze the contract elements of construction engineering based on BIM technology.Based on the research and analysis of the literature, the paper puts forward the basic elements of establishing a BIM-based contract for construction projects.Based on this, the paper uses questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the BIM-based construction project contract texts and their key elements.Law initially identified the key elements of the contract, after which the study of these elements one by one to make recommendations on its principles and methods to be followed, and then through the actual project construction BIM contract document preparation process application, according to the contract management effectiveness of its Evaluate to validate and improve contract element text compilation and management process.
