| The rural revitalization strategy is an important political program for county development.Education revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization.The planning of county education facilities has become the focus of urban and rural planning research.In the context of rapid population movements,educational resources flow frequently.In the space,educational facilities,as a space carrier of educational resources,present an uneven layout trend.As a policy management method for educational resources in a balanced region,the school district has the function of balancing educational resources.At the same time,the teacher exchange rotation system serves as an inter-school support policy,which has the effect of promoting the sharing of educational resources.Therefore,in order to realize the balanced development of county education resources,comprehensive school district management methods and facility layout planning,and consolidate the scientific problems of balanced development of county education resources,the countermeasures and suggestions for county education facilities planning are proposed by means of complex network methods..Firstly,this paper selects Liangping District and Changshou District of Chongqing as typical research cases,and analyzes and summarizes the current three major practical problems,namely(1)the spatial distribution of the county education facilities is “difference pattern”;(2)school district division It hinders the flow of educational resources in counties;(3)the division of intrinsic school districts exacerbates the non-equilibrium pattern of spatial distribution of educational resources.It also sorts out the current methods for solving school district problems,and believes that the "school district system" is an effective management method for balanced educational resources.Therefore,the construction process of the Chongqing school district was sorted out,and there was a relationship between the school district delineation and the education facility layout planning.Therefore,this paper attempts to guide the layout of educational facilities on the basis of optimizing the school district,in order to achieve the balance of educational resources in the county.Secondly,using complex network theory and method to construct a teacher mobility network,through the construction of the index system,from the two dimensions of network statistical characteristics and network structure characteristics,including the overall,local,and node levels and stability,group,and balance.The characteristics of the county teacher flow network topology.Finally,aiming at the optimization of the school district,the planning countermeasures are proposed for the layout planning of the county education facilities in three steps.The first step is to identify different functional areas in the county,and obtain the optimized comprehensive school district map through superposition analysis.The second step is to optimize the educational facilities based on the school district optimization,and to separately define the geographical restrictions and the educational facilities after the district optimization.Reconstruction;The third step is to use the complex network method to verify the analysis of the district optimization strategy,and draw three conclusions:(1)the node transformation function transformation in the network after the district optimization;(2)the network shows the equilibrium trend after the school district optimization;(3)After the district optimization,the network presents a stable “multi-core-multi-group” operation trend.In the perspective of network and regionalization,this paper applies the complex network technology method to the county education facility special plan.Exploring the county education resource balance should equalize the educational resources in the region through the school district control,and then the educational facilities space.Layout for guidance.In order to provide new methods and new theories for the equalization of county education. |
