The construction and operation of engineering projects involve many participants,with long time span,large amount of information and complicated types.How to apply these information efficiently and how to introduce new technologies have become the problems that the current engineering construction is trying to solve.The lack of visibility of traditional construction technology brings many problems to the three-objective management of engineering projects.According to the current development trend of engineering and the development trend of engineering technology,the specific application process of engineering technology in the early planning stage is proposed.The vision platform provided by BIM can realize coordination and data sharing of various operations such as construction,design and construction,and can realize high integration of data information.In addition to basic conventional data,these data include information on cost control,progress,quality control,construction safety,etc.Through the efficient integration and sharing of information,it is beneficial to realize efficient management in the whole life cycle project and reduce potential risks.In this paper,Sichuan Kangding-Xindu Bridge Expressway Project is taken as the carrier,and combined with the project management business needs of Kangding transit test section,a general control management system based on management cloud platform is built,covering quality,safety,investment,progress,etc.Information technology promotes standardization,standardization and refinement construction,and standardization,standardization and refinement are used to ensure the construction of "quality engineering".Through exploring the BIM network technology and the basicmethods of BIM three-objective management,the application of BIM technology in cost management,schedule management and quality management in three construction projects is studied.The main research contents and results include the following three aspects:1.Cost of planning project.In the actual construction,due to some uncontrollable factors such as site problems and materials,the project cycle of the construction project is prolonged,and the actual operation cost has certain deviation from the expectation.In addition,the cost control of construction projects will change during the construction process,so it is necessary to ensure the control of project cost.2.Control the progress of the project.Project schedule control is not static.As the construction plan is suspended due to various unstable factors in the implementation process,the project management department should actively coordinate the work between the construction departments.The project should be adjusted according to the actual situation.Finish the project on time.3.Improve the quality and safety of engineering projects.BIM technology requires all processes to cooperate and all participants to coordinate and complete the construction work together.In the specific construction process,it is necessary to scientifically and reasonably formulate the schedule according to the requirements of the project construction.At the same time,in order to avoid quality problems in the construction process,it is also necessary to take active measures to prevent collision in the construction space in advance.Do a good job in dynamic management,avoid potential risks,maximize the use of raw materials,reduce expenditure costs;In addition,in the process of on-site construction,a series of work such as schedule management,collision inspection,scheme simulation,quality control,settlement audit,BIM completion model construction,etc.need to be done well to strictly ensure the quality and safety of the project.BIM technology,as the most advanced engineering construction management technology at present,has made outstanding achievements in the practice and management of domestic engineering projects.In the future,the popularization and promotion of BIM technology in China should be further promoted by domestic technicians in this field.The research results of this paper can provide guidance for theapplication of BIM in practical engineering projects in the future.
