The cost,progress,quality and safety management of the construction stage are very important to the construction of assembly architecture,which is of great significance for the smooth assembly and construction of the assembly architecture.There are many shortcomings in the form,method and idea of the target management in the construction stage of the traditional cast-in-place building,but it is difficult to meet the assembly requirements of the assembly building depending on the former field target management mode,and even bring more negative effects on the construction process,so that the assembly architecture should be built in this way.The advantages of fast construction,less wet work and environmental protection are greatly reduced.When the BIM technology comes to the forefront,it provides a new scheme for the construction target management of the assembly architecture.The construction target management based on BIM can effectively solve the shortcomings of the application of the target management in the traditional cast-in-place building.BIM is a structural,hierarchical and multi-dimensional database of engineering construction projects.The BIM model contains a large number of engineering construction information.These information are the information support for the management of the assembly building construction objectives,and it is an important guarantee to ensure that the assembled architecture can fully play its due value.Therefore,it is very important to research and explore the application plan and route of BIM technology in the target management of assembly building,and also to comply with policy oriented support and encouragement.On the basis of a large number of BIM technology and assembly architecture theory,this paper actively explores the application of BIM technology in the construction cost,progress,quality and safety management of assembly architecture,and improves the construction phase of the assembly architecture based on BIM technology.The application ideas and methods of target management.Firstly,the thesis studies the construction management and BIM technology of the assembly building,and then summarizes the contradictions in the construction management of the assembly architecture.On the basis of comparing the advantages of the BIM technology,the BIM technology is innovatively introduced into the construction target management of theassembly architecture,and this exploratory attempt is made.The feasibility is studied.In the process of implementing the actual assembly building project,the target management based on BIM technology is applied to prove its advantages compared with the traditional management method.In addition,the application of other technologies and methods in this item is also explored in the application process of actual projects.The information method of BIM technology is used to break through the obstacles in the assembly building management,and the BIM technology and the assembly architecture are mutually optimized.This study provides a reference for the application of BIM technology in the practice of assembly architecture.
