| In realizing the national strategy of transforming from a “large civil aviation country”to a “strong civil aviation country”,it is necessary to focus on the improvement of civil aviation operational efficiency and quality. At present, air traffic control system has an unclear concept of effectiveness and irregular evaluation indicators;Lack of data analysis. Most of the air traffic control system has a tree structure, which does not meet the digital and network characteristics,so the reasonable networked air traffic control system structure is the key to scientific evaluation.Facing the main problems and actual needs, based on the process method theory combined with historical flight plan data, the evaluation basic index set construction and data collection were carried out.Based on the construction of the index set, using the complex network theory as a reference, combined the MINE algorithm and the FN algorithm to build an air traffic control system effectiveness index network.Aiming at the constructed network index system, the MINE-ANP air traffic control system effectiveness weight solution model was established. The entropy weight method and the correlation coefficient weighting method were used to solve the weight values. These obtained were all used for comprehensive weighting. Finally, through compatibility analysis,it was concluded that the MINE-ANP air traffic control system effectiveness weight solution model has the highest compatibility and effectiveness evaluation value obtained is the most accurate. It provides a new idea for the effectiveness evaluation of the networked system. In order to make the effectiveness evaluation of the air traffic control system more realistic, python+Echarts visualization technology was used,a B/S architecture visualization system for it was built. This system simplifies the evaluation process, intuitively realizes the observation of the effectiveness evaluation value and the basic index data value, which is convenient to find out the shortcomings of the air traffic control system and improve it.Figure 29;Table 14;Reference 55... |
