| Since the modern trams entered the renaissance period, domestic cities have entered a large-scale rapid development period of modern trams. However, the current domestic cities lack clear positioning of the functions of modern trams, and their evaluations are mixed, lacking a strong evaluation basis. Therefore,it is necessary to study the functional characteristics of modern trams and the evaluation methods that adapt to their characteristics in light of the actual domestic environment and development stage, and provide reference and reference for the development and improvement of modern trams and urban public transportation systems in the future. This paper starts with the development status of modern trams and summarizes the cities at home and abroad.Domestic modern trams have problems such as unclear function positioning, unsmooth line connection, imperfect technical standards, and immature operation management.Through the summary of case studies of foreign cities,it is proposed to integrate modern trams into the public transportation system, develop in urban built-up areas and attempts to operate multiple routes.Secondly, from the perspective of traffic supply and demand, the paper analyzes the traffic development problems of different scale cities in China and the predicament of public transportation development. In view of the contradiction between supply and demand, the change of demand over time, the lack of public transport service capacity in big cities, and the irrational structure of road network and the lag of public transport development in small and medium-sized cities, the modern trams are described in the rail transit of(no)metro cities. There are eight types of functions in the three stages of the skeleton period, the growth period and the development period, and functional evolution of different stages of development are described.Summarize its essential functions around the four aspects of node efficiency, passenger corridor guidance and coverage, bus service quality and regional development.Under the conceptual framework of post-assessment,establish the content, objectives and steps of the post-adaptation assessment of modern trams.Considering the focus of the selection of indicators from the perspective of four types of essential functions,a total of 11 postevaluation indicators are selected as the basis for evaluation, and the indicators of the eight types of functions are selected to reflect the characteristics of the post-evaluation index system. This paper selects 33 cities in the United States,France,Germany and other countries,as well as 13 cities and regions such as Nanjing,Huai’an and Qingdao in China.Through qualitative analysis of the modern tramcar function categories of these cities and regions, linear regression,ArcGIS,etc.Quantitative analysis of its operation, combined with relevant domestic norms, standards, guidance, and existing research in the literature, the indicators are divided into five levels of scores, and different scores are set for different functions. Finally, taking Nanjing Hexi Tram Line 1 as an example, combined with the trend of planning, status quo and development, analyze its functions and changes in Hexi New City and urban rail transit network.According to the function selection, the post-adaptation evaluation index is used to evaluate the multi-directional evaluation of Hexi Tram Line 1 according to the index score. The evaluation results are analyzed from the perspective of supply and demand, and targeted improvement measures are proposed. |
