With the rise of each domestic Automobile group,the auto industry will face great challenge.Both of joint venture brands and domestic brands,their novel appearance and comfortable interior are being noticed as well as security performance of the car itself.Automobile is different from the general goods,it is related to people's safety.There are thousands of parts in a car which depend the safety of ourselves.If anyone of them goes wrong,there maybe serious problems.The physical and chemical quality of Auto parts which already become an important aspect for the security.P&C Lab plays a decisive role in component detection.Parts are permitted into the factory will need related report including microstructure,chemical composition and physical properties,and the production department will refer to the test report to determine whether the batch of parts can be used.This thesis starts from the aspect of laboratory quality control,aiming at the main problems existing in the laboratory.Personnel management issues,such as incomplete training plan records and no training effect evaluation;Equipment management issues,such as lack of regular maintenance and period verification;Test method problems such as standard no regular check;Laboratory environment problems such as lack of temperature and humidity records and non-isolation of incompatible equipment;Quantity traceability problem such as standard solution identification is not standard,lack of standard solution diluted record.This article obtains from the basis of the quality management system documents,reference in terms of CNAS requirement for laboratory such as laboratory personnel management ? environment facility management ? equipment instrument management method and quantity traceability management.Using the method of brain storm chart to establish data comparison and other methods to formulate the improvement co untermeasures in time for the problems in laboratory quality control.Such as making an annual training plan?setting up personnel training supervision mechanism?Setting up the equipment maintenance file and check the work system? Checking the test method regularly and keep the check evidence ? making a record of the temperature and humidity in the laboratory?isolating the incompatible equipment?Standard solution adopts unified and standardized identification management ?Keep dilution record of solution,etc.Through the establishment of teams,rational allocation of resources,improvement plans and preparation of feasible work plans,and finally make improvements according to the work plan,the quality control of physical and chemical laboratory of BQ company can be effectively improved.
