With the rapid development of the world economy,the competition in the automotive industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and the cost pressure is rapidly increasing.The traditional workshop quality management system cannot meet the development of modern enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the traditional workshop quality management system.At present,the quality management methods of most workshops are backward,the degree of visualization is low,and the quality management is difficult.Therefore,the research on the improvement of the quality management system of the assembly shop of G company can improve the quality and reputation of the products.In a certain sense,“survival by quality” has become the strategic demand for enterprise development.This paper takes G company quality management system improvement program as the research background.Firstly,it studies the problems existing in the quality management system of G company assembly shop.On the basis of this,based on the five tools of quality management system,it analyzes the assembly shop of G company.The reasons for the problems in the quality management system,the research found that the quality management system of the G assembly assembly shop has problems such as not paying attention to products,long time feedback,new product introduction,and problem sharing.In combination with the principles,guidelines and objectives of the quality management system design,the quality management system of G Company was improved,and a “zero defect factory” was established.First,it was implemented in the trial operation area,and then extended to the entire workshop of G Company.The QRK quality control,DBK work improvement and personnel management improvement are used to improve the quality management system,and the quality lean activities are carried out to continuously improve the quality management system.In the implementation process of the quality management system,combined with the actual situation of the implementation,the system will be continuously improved,andfinally the best implementation plan will be obtained.The normal implementation of the system will be guaranteed through organization,information and consultation.This paper analyzes the status quo of the quality management system of the assembly shop of G company,finds out the problems existing in the current situation and the causes of the problems,combines the actual situation of the company,formulates solutions,promotes them in other auto companies,and establishes quality management for other companies.The system provides a theoretical basis.In the process of establishment,when problems arise,new solutions are given to improve the overall level of the automotive industry and bring more economic benefits to G Company.
