Research On Improving The Quality Of BQ's Passenger Car Brake Test By Six Sigma

Test is a key part of the car development process,which is not only a means to check the design qualification,but also a technical basis for improvement.In the development of the passenger car brake system,brake test is required.The quality of the brake test is related to whether the brake performance of the car is qualified,which is related to the personal and property safety of the user and the public,and relates to the brand reputation and economic benefits of the enterprise.There are certain problems in the quality of BQ's brake test,which cannot satisfy the product design department and needs improvement.Based on this background,the quality of BQ's brake test was improved by Six Sigma quality improvement method.Taking DMAIC as the specific implementation mode of Six Sigma quality improvement method,the quality improvement work is divided into five stages of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control,and the quality improvement problem of complex process is solved step by step.In the research process,literature research method,investigation method,statistical analysis method,causal analysis method and FMEA were comprehensively used.First of all,according to the status quo,through customer survey and data analysis,the quality problems of BQ's test are sorted out and judged,the main problems and evaluation indicators to be solved are identified,the current test quality level is evaluated,and the improvement goal is formulated.Analyze the cause of the quality problem and apply the FMEA to identify the key impact factors that need to be addressed.On this basis,through various technical improvements and management improvements,improve the quality of the brake test and evaluate the improved quality level.Finally,measures are in place to solidify the quality improvement results of the brake test and ensure that the improvement results are effective in the long run.Through this research,the Six Sigma method was successfully used to improve and improve the quality of BQ brake test,which played the role of Six Sigma in the field of engineering technology quality improvement,and also provided reference for the quality improvement of other types of vehicle test.
