Research On Standardized Design Of Residential Interior Components

Since the reform and opening up,China has entered a period of rapid urbanization,and the demand for urban housing has increased significantly.After 20 years of rapid development,Housing demand tends to be stable?People began to pay more attention to the quality and performance of living.However,Most residential interiors are still built by hand.Low level of industrialization?Poor quality?Environmental pollution is serious?Part interface is not universal?Short service life and other issues,Not meet people's demand for high quality housing.In order to solve the above problems,based on the sustainable development theory of green,environmental protection,high efficiency and energy saving,The state has continuously promulgated relevant policies to promote the development of housing industrialization,promote the transformation and upgrading of industry modernization,and promote green sustainable development.This paper is a part of the national key R&D program "Key Technologies and Demonstration of Manufacturing of Industrial Building Parts and Components".Its content is to complete the survey of the status quo of the specifications and interface dimensions of the residential interior parts in China,collate and summarize the basic data of the technical dimensions of the mainstream products,and through the analysis of the survey data,form the specifications and dimensions of the mainstream products,establish the priority size series of the residential parts,standardize the interface standards of the residential parts,and provide the basic technical parameters for the manufacturing industry.Finally,this paper takes "Xuhui Loft 2.0" project as an example to discuss the standardized design practice of residential interior parts.This paper uses the principles and methods of standardized design to analyze the development status of domestic and foreign residential interior products,and clarifies the significance of classifying residential interior products and standardizing residential interior products under the current environment.The main problems and key technologies of standardized construction of residential interior parts are described.Kitchen and bathroom are the most intensive areas of pipeline layout,which is also the focus of this survey.Through on-line investigation and relying on the platform of the Branch of China Architectural Decoration Association,this paper conducts a survey and data induction on the current situation of the major domestic department production enterprises.To sort out and summarize the main problems existing in the market,specifications and interfaces of residential interior products.In this paper,the data collected are analyzed from four main factors which affect the size and interface position of residential parts: design dimension,ergonomics dimension,modular coordination and building space dimension.And form a series of spectrum of residential interior parts.Finally,the principles and methods of standardized design are systematically analyzed based on the actual project application system,and the application of standardized design in the process of guiding document industry standards is enumerated.This paper takes the CSC project of Tsinghua Sustainable Residential Development Center as an example to analyze the application of standardized design for small apartments.provides the basis for the main problems of standardized design of interior parts of residential buildings in China,the technical system of standardized interior parts of small houses and the development of integrated assembly houses.This paper systematically analyses the current situation of the development of our country's residential parts system under the current conditions,conducts extensive and in-depth research,collates and analyses the research data,combines modulus coordination,ergonomics dimensions and other restrictive factors,and initially forms a series of general specifications and dimensions of residential interior parts and a common interface location.
