| With the rapid development of the machinery industry,The R&D rate of products has become a key factor in the development of the company.the Research and the development cycle of non-standard parts often represents the rate of R&D of products,in order to reduce the development cycle of non-standard parts,saving the cost of the company,and enabling non-standard parts to be standardized within the company.This reduces the development cycle of non-standard parts,and save the cost of the enterprise,and to standardize the non-standard part in the enterprise.This article is based on the development of CATIA,use the parameterized method in CATIA to design non-standard parts,and use CATIA to make finite element analysis of the designed parts.By using VB to write non-standard parts standardized system,the designer can design and manage the non-standard parts easily and conveniently.Effective shortening the Research and development cycle of non-standard parts.In this paper,we first use CATIA to design parts,and then the dimension of parts is parameterized.The size parameters of parts are related by programming in VB language.Finally,the human-machine interaction platform is written by using VB language,and Access technology is used to store and manage non-standard parts data.Complete the development of standardized system of non-standard parts,so as to achieve the two development of CATIA.The core of CATIA’s second development is parameterization of parts.This paper studies the method of parametric design and the way of VB developing CATIA,which provides a theoretical basis for parameterized system of non-standard parts.The data table of non-standard parts is set up by using Access database and other technologies.Using the non-standard parts required by the enterprise as an example,the method of using the parameterized system is demonstrated.Based on the experiment,the scheme is proved to meet the requirement of shortening the development cycle.Therefore,the technology and theory in this paper are correct and effective.Finally,it points out the possible shortcomings and defects of the design and the future development direction of the system. |
