| Belt conveyor plays an extremely important role in China’s national production.It is widely used in mines,ports,steel and other industries.The application of coal mine is particularly typical,but because of the harsh environment in coal mine,belt conveyor often has unexpected faults,which affects the normal operation of equipment,and may seriously affect the safety of the mine.The characteristics and risk factors of belt conveyor are analyzed comprehensively.Four methods of safety realization of belt conveyor,and the principles,methods and procedures of risk assessment are also discussed.The existing fault is classified,and the fault tree is established.The fault handling measures are obtained through analysis and research.Based on the fault analysis of multi-belt conveyor,this paper systematically introduces the expert system based on fault diagnosis,including its characteristics,construction,knowledge base,reasoning and search strategy,and establishes an expert system for fault diagnosis of belt conveyor by using the principle of expert system.The establishment of knowledge base,the storage of knowledge base,the establishment of thrust mechanism and the principle of explanation mechanism are elaborated in detail.It provides reference for stable application and fault handling of belt conveyor.There are 36 figures,1 table and 65 references in the thesis. |
