Fault diagnosis is the most often, the most important work in the civil aviation aircraft repair, diagnosis accuracy, efficiency and the repair strategy directly affects the overall level of repair work. Fault diagnosis expert system is a software system with expert knowledge, can simulate the expert thinking mode, automatic reasoning for the cause of the fault, can improve the reliability and economy of repair diagnosis.Because the domestic research started on aircraft fault diagnosis expert system of the late, and system technology developed abroad are not open to the public, so the current domestic research on key technology of fault diagnosis expert system of aircraft is still short of the. Domestic airlines in this area are still working to form a memo, repair experience summary, troubleshooting guide, reference the experience knowledge only in similar breakdown, still need to analyze the principle for specific fault phenomenon, cannot essentially improve the repair efficiency. So the research on the key technology of fault diagnosis expert system of aircraft, in-depth analysis of the function, the principle of expert system, the development of domestic aircraft fault diagnosis technology and perfect, has very important significance to enhance the efficiency of repair and.The paper makes a thorough research on the key technology of fault diagnosis expert system, the main research contents are as follows:First, the research design accurate and complete description method of system theory and empirical knowledge, to meet the expert system of automatic reasoning of knowledge requirements, respectively is used to describe parts, the circuit for the frame knowledge representation, and used to describe the logic fault based on production rules knowledge representation. Through the above two methods, all knowledge can be included in the knowledge base of the expert system.,.Secondly, this paper using the fault tree analysis method based on the study and analysis of aircraft system of automatic reasoning control mode, design the comprehensive reasoning method of forward reasoning fault reason, backward reasoning aided fault phenomenon, and puts forward the priority method implements the inference process of conflict resolution, and the realization of the automatic interpretation of the reasoning process.The expert system requires the data storage and transfer, based on the study of the database knowledge, research and design of the storage method of the knowledge in the database development, database connection technology.This paper will study the knowledge representation, frame representation and the priority under the control of the positive direction of the comprehensive inference method is applied to software fault diagnosis expert system on the development of production rules based on knowledge, through the test to verify the correctness and feasibility of these key technologies, the research results have important application value to develop and promote the development of China’s aircraft fault diagnosis technology and fault diagnosis expert system.
