| Coal is one of the most important energy sources in China.Sea transportation is the most economical mode of transportation.Ports are an important part of the coal transportation process.According to the needs of digital construction and health management of key equipment of coal belt conveyor in a port,in order to overcome the problems of high false alarm rate and high false alarm rate of the original fault detection sensor,reduce cost and efficiency,reduce troubleshooting time,the original belt conveyor monitoring and fault diagnosis system has been optimized and reformed.First of all,This article analyzes the production process and main production equipment composition of a coal belt conveyor in a port.Combined with the requirements of digital port construction and the health management requirements of the belt conveyor,the monitoring system for the dumping stacking line and the reclaiming and loading line has been optimized,and an optimization method for the start and stop process based on the status monitoring of the drum drive motor has been proposed.The hardware system for the monitoring of the operating state of the high-voltage motor and variable frequency motor of the drum drive realizes the monitoring and recording of the parameters of the drive motor voltage,current,bearing temperature,set speed,actual speed,etc.,and collects reliable data for the energy efficiency analysis of the drive motor.Aiming at the problem that the pull switch has misoperation,non-operation,and difficult positioning,a hardware and software implementation method for fast positioning of the pull switch is proposed,which greatly shortens the time for troubleshooting and improves the efficiency of production operations.In order to realize the health management of the drive motor,based on the state monitoring of the drive motor,an overall plan for the drive motor preventive maintenance system is proposed,and an energy-saving strategy to improve the comprehensive economic load efficiency of the belt conveyor is designed.The fault rate of the drive motor is reduced,and the service life is extended,so that the modified monitoring system greatly reduces the energy consumption of the production line.Secondly,The causes of typical faults such as deviation,slippage and longitudinaltearing of the belt conveyor are analyzed,and the sensors of the fault diagnosis system of the entire belt conveyor production line are configured.Aiming at the problems of mechanical sensor malfunction and high failure rate of the sensor itself,an improved photoelectric sensor hardware system for detecting deviation is designed to improve the accuracy of deviation prediction.The fault tree analysis method is used to construct a belt conveyor fault tree,which provides a theoretical basis for quickly locating fault points and eliminating faults.A multi-source information fusion underspeed fault tree diagnosis algorithm and fuzzy logic reasoning slip diagnosis algorithm are designed.Finally,the PLC program and HMI software for belt conveyor fault diagnosis are designed.The production operation shows the effectiveness of the designed improvement plan. |
