The technology of wireless sensor plays an important role in the industry at present,and the future application prospect is immeasurable.At present,the development of wireless technology has several mature fields,and it plays a huge role in the application of smart home,intelligent transportation,intelligent medical,industrial production lines,intelligent disaster prevention and scientific applications.In the field of arrow-load testing,China’s research is still relatively weak.In comparison with foreign technology,there is a big gap between reliability,low-power technology and intelligent and comprehensive data processing capabilities.In this paper,the overall design scheme of wireless sensor network for the measurement of environmental parameters in the arrow is proposed.A wireless sensor network consisting of ten wireless nodes,a data processing device and a handset is proposed to monitor the changes of environmental parameters.The CC430 chip is used as the core CPU and RF chip in the hardware design of the node,and the ADS1220 temperature measurement module is extended in the periphery.Completed the production and debugging of the hardware circuit.Then,on the basis of the hardware circuit design of the system,upgrade and manage the equipment.More the in-depth study of the ZIGBEE and simpliciTI protocols,the simpliciTI protocol is improved and ported,and the application design of the node program and the terminal node is completed,and the system networking data collection is realized.Finally,the system test work was completed.The temperature network experiment was carried out,and the power consumption of the node was tested.The error rate experiment was carried out on the information transmission,and the experimental results were analyzed.The designed wireless sensor network has low power consumption and high reliability..
