In the construction process of power equipment projects,a large number of large and small projects are often required.Project management is an indispensable and important part of ensuring the quality and safety of the project.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project,enterprises need to set up a special project department to manage it.At the same time,all departments and employees of each post need to participate in and supervise it together.Supervisor,only in this way can we effectively build a modern and complete system of project management.The informationization of power equipment project management can not only improve work efficiency,but also greatly improve the quality of management team and project execution ability,strengthen the awareness of increasing production and saving,protecting property and learning science and technology of project staff,make scientific management form the consensus of employees,and reduce the contradiction between supply and use in all aspects of the project.The main contents of this paper are as follows.:(1)The research status of power equipment project management system at home and abroad is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the existing power equipment project management system is difficult to meet the needs of the continuous development of enterprises.According to the current situation and development needs,the necessity of developing and designing a project management system for power equipment is pointed out.(2)The demand analysis and overall design of power equipment project management system are carried out.On this basis,the system is divided into teaching project management,contract management,bidding management,inquiry and quotation management,qualified supplier management and system management.The system architecture design,system network topology design,system module design,database design and so on are given.(3)JSP technology,workflow technology and SQL Sever technology are used to realize the functions of the system.Workflow technology and interface technology are described.In addition,the interface technology solves the problem of data sharing with other systems.In the project management,workflow mechanism is used to make the specific business process,which improves the efficiency of the system.Finally,the system is tested,and the test results show that the system function meets the user's application needs,the system runs steadily,and achieves the expected development goals.The innovative work of this paper is as follows:The main innovation of this paper is that the traditional RBAC model of user role allocation and role permission allocation in this case gradually reflects some shortcomings.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a RBAC model based on role and authority extension,PCP-RBAC model,and studies the application of this model in power equipment project management system.In the traditional RBAC model,the concept of post and combined permission are introduced.The introduction of post simplifies the assignment between users and roles,and the introduction of combined permission simplifies the assignment between roles and permissions,thus simplifying the complexity of traditional RBAC model in authorization management.
