With the shortage of the traditional energy sources and the increasing emphasis on environmental pollution in our country,the development and the utilization of clean energy has gradually become a key to people around the world.As a main part of the clean energy,wind energy can change physical energy into electricity which can be directly consumed.However,the clean energy's own characteristics,such as the intermittent,volatility caused by the uncertainty,so that although they perform well in the peak-filling of the grid,but when it join in the grid it will affect the grid's security and stability.However,safety and stability are important indicators of grid operation.With the integration of clean energy,the existing capacity of the grid is obviously insufficient.Therefore,the problem of abandoning the wind is a major problem which needs to be solved by clean energy integration.With the improvement of smart grid construction,the degree of intelligentization about power grids has gradually increased,and the links between different regions have become closer and closer.With the level of information interaction has increased,bring opportunities to the introduction and application of virtual power plants.The virtual power plant integrates different types of modules such as energy storage,distributed power supply and controllable load through advanced technical means such as control,metering and communication,and uses a more flexible software architecture to realize coordinated distributed power supply without changing its own.Optimized operation under the premise of grid-connected mode.Therefore,the proposed virtual power plant provides a good solution for coordinating wind power output and reducing wind abandonment as much as possible.At the same time,which are controlled to a certain extent,can be added to the power grid as energy storage,which plays a good role in peak shaving of the power grid.Based on the excellent performance of virtual power plants in solving the problem of clean energy grid connection,this article puts forward a method of combining multiple wind turbines in virtual power plants,and demonstrates its feasibility.In order to better apply the wind power output to reduce the problem of abandoned wind,the output of the virtual power plant in each period is predicted and reported to the grid layer,and the grid layer performs unified scheduling.Therefore,we constructed a two-layer management model,and separately considered the single-layer target and considered the double-layer target as three schemes respectively,and verified the rationality of the two-layer scheduling.
