| Promoting rural construction bears the dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the historical evolution of the practice of rural construction has witnessed the social and economic development of rural areas in China.In recent years,the research on rural construction has emerged in an endless stream,and the practice construction activities aimed at rural reconstruction and rural activation are also carried out on a large scale.However,at the present stage,the research on rural construction is scattered and lack of systematicness.The architects and scholars who have just contacted the rural construction are difficult to clarify the existing rural construction at the present stage.The direction of achievement and future development.This study makes use of the years of Yearbook,book,periodical paper and so on,summing up the years of rural policy,rural theory research and rural construction practice,and so on,and so on.In accordance with the historical background,nature,guiding class and achievements in practice,the 68 years after the construction of the country are divided into three major historical periods.The three major periods were analyzed and staged in detail.The study summarized the contents of each stage including the rural theoretical research and the actual situation of rural construction.The situation of rural theory is mainly based on the analysis of the direction,key words,contents and quantity changes of the 576 papers on the countryside since the publication of the authoritative journal of "the Journal of architecture" in 1954.The records of the actual situation of rural construction are summarized,including the policy of rural development in various periods,and the background of rural construction practice in each period,the guide class and guidance,the final results and so on.Finally,the historical evolution of rural construction practice since the founding of the people’s Republic of China is summed up.From the analysis of rural single building construction and rural planning and construction,the contents,nature,ways and results of the three "design for the countryside" have been summarized and analyzed. |
