| In 2017,the central government proposed to support that country in suitable condition develops rural complex with farmers’ cooperatives as the main carrier,insuring farmers’ full participation and benefit,and integrating circular agriculture,creative agriculture and farming experience.At the same time,the proportion of the average annual agricultural income of Chinese farmers in the total household income level has been declining.The urban-rural interaction brought about by the material improvement of urban residents has led to the trend of rural economy transitioning to multiple levels of industry.In this context,the rural complex is a useful exploration of rural revitalization in the new era,but at present there is still a phenomenon of inconsistent understanding or even misunderstanding of its connotation.Also,its spatial construction strategy still lacks systematic inductive construction.This research starts with the historical context to clarify the conceptual connotation of the rural complex,and proposes the core judgments from three aspects,including"value orientation","industrial focus" and "main carrier".On this basis,based on the necessity of reality and theory,this research proposes the theoretical basis of the rural complex with the administrative village as the basic unit from the perspective of villages,and analyzes the necessary conditions for the application of the concept.Further from the core judgment of the rural complex,considering the scale characteristics of the village area,introducing the organic renewal and experience economy theory,this research proposes the space construction idea of "organic restoration of rural landscape,compound imbedding of symbiosis and experience function",then implements idea into construction route:in the village characteristics cognition stage,the development suitability of the basic village conditions is confirmed and the characteristic resources are extracted;in the industrial planning stage,the industrial chain extension mode and the industrial category are improved through the joint effect of symbiosis and experience;In the core stage of space construction,it is presented as village pattern adjustment including functional structure and visual hierarchy,road system sorting,and space unit modeling including types of theme,service and connection.Finally,combined with the design practice of the Yugong Village,the above research is empirically explained. |
