With the increasing of the city modernization in our country year by year,road transportation facilities are perfected,and the number of attractive street lights on both sides of the road has increased dramatically.With the increase of urban road width,the height of road lamp posts on both sides of the road needs to be increased correspondingly.However,the cleaning of the lamppost increases the difficulty.The lamppost is exposed to the outdoors all year round,and it is exposed to the wind and the sun.The harsh environment not only causes the surface protection of the lamp rods to fall off,but also accelerates the corrosion of the lamppost,shortens the service life of the lamppost,and has a serious negative impact on the urban aesthetics.At present,the high-altitude working equipment at home and abroad has failed to achieve the goal of self-cleaning on the road,and most of the cleaning work is the method of "full artificial" or "semi-artificial," which is not only inefficient but also the safety of the workers is not effectively guaranteed.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a high altitude working device capable of automatically and quickly cleaning the light pole.Firstly,according to the condition of the cleaning of the lamppost,the design parameters of the cleaning device of the lamppost are determined,and the basic composition of the lamppost cleaning device is determined by the analogy design method: the arm frame assembly with the folding arm is used as the main structure of the road lamp rod cleaning device,and the special cleaning device assembly is designed for the characteristics of the lamppost,and the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the device is developed.According to the composition scheme of the whole device,the main mechanism was designed,and UG was used to establish the virtual prototype model of the lamppost cleaning device,and checked the safety and working space of the lamppost cleaning device.Secondly,the dynamic equation of the road lamp rod cleaning device is established by using the dynamic theory of the multi-rigid body system,which provides the theoretical basis for the dynamic analysis of the cleaning device of the lamppost,and the simulation analysis of kinematics and dynamics is carried out in the working condition of the multi-rigid-body dynamic analysis software ADAMS on the cleaning device of the lamppost,and the corresponding dynamic characteristic curve is obtained.Finally,using a finite element software HyperWorks to build a finite element model of a road lamp cleaning device,and a static analysis of the model,the strength and stiffness of the device,to provide the base for the subsequent optimization design;modal analysis is conducted on the model to obtain the natural frequency of the device;The static analysis of the device,on the basis of optimization design of device structure,and the optimized model of statics analysis and modal analysis,prove that the optimization results are reliable.
