We focus on intelligent filtration system in this thesis. Currently there are very limitedintelligent filters, which are applied on the market. On this situation, an intelligent filteringsystem was designed, which could achieve self-recoil cleaning and keep cleaning the filter, inorder to save water resources as well as improve the filtration efficiency.Intelligent filtering system belongs to chemical processing machinery which consistsseveral parts as follows: a filter valve, filter, central selector, and gas tank. The valve body isfixed and supported the role of whole components; the solid waste is filtered out by liquidfilter; the residue discharges are done by central selector and rinse tank. This thesis focuses onthe designing and manufacturing of intelligent filter housing, which mainly include: overallfiltration system design; filtration system architecture design and motion simulation; key partsof filtration system statics analysis and fluid analysis; experiment and debug filtration system.The total design of filtration system mainly includes the process, the overall design andfeatures of rind removing device. The model of different parts of the device with its actualsize are built by Solidworks. That can be visually displayed the rind removing device’s modeland the actual work process, together with the test interference of the rind removing device atthe design stage, providing reference for the manufacture and installation of the physicalenvironment.Static analysis of key parts and modal analysis of the filtration system are done byANSYS. Body and the central selector are key parts, which need good mechanicalperformance, also their performance directly affects performance of the device in work period.Thus, author establishes3D model of these parts by Solidworks then imports into ANSYS forstatics analysis, and gets the stress distribution and displacement characteristics under workconditions, and which can provide some references for the actual test analysis. Model analysisof the rind removing device is simplified and imported into the ANSYS for modal analysis,and the natural frequency and expand model of the rind removing device have been got, in order to prevent the resonance or reducing the resonance and noise in the work.In addition, the mechanism of self-cleaning filter filtration were studied, according tocomputational fluid dynamics analysis software “fluent”, which can obtain overall flow fieldsimulation of the filter, the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the flow fieldcharacteristics. Author studies the changes in its internal flow field by changing the diameteroutfall filtration systems, internal piping angle, and according to the filtering effect of thefiltration system for a reasonable design.The filtration system has been tested and debugged for the prototype, in order to definereasonable and reliable for the parameters selection. Which can provide suggestions for futureimproving, and to make the device more better.
