In this paper,a new marking device with fast marking speed and identification of various specifications was designed for new working condition and new marking method,based on the research of billet marking device for many years.In the marking method,a new seven segment code double gun marking structure is first created.The marking method is essentially different from the previous seven segment code marking in principle,and the writing speed is improved to lcharacter per second,and the logo is neat and beautiful.In addition,a new electromechanical integrated anti-collision device,multi-layer protection structure,laser ranging system and lubrication device were also designed.In order to reduce the cost of production under the condition of ensuring control accuracy,the synchronous belt drive was used to replace the previous ball screw drive,and so as to win a greater market competitiveness.The main body of billets marking device includes four modules:X mobile mechanism,Y gun body,Z mobile mechanism,Z device base.In his paper,each module is designed in detail,and the important parts were selected and checked to ensure that it can meet the requirements of use.For the first time,the synchronous belt drive with low manufacturing and maintenance cost and suitable location accuracy was adopted on the transmission system,at the same time,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the synchronous belt drive system was established by using UG,ANSYS and ADAMS,and the dynamic response characteristics of the Writing Mechanism was obtained.In addition,the offset of the spearhead writing distortion under different loads was analyzed and optimized.On the basis of that,the physical model was established,and the displacement equation of the gun body was derived by using the dynamic method.Then the variation rule of the displacement curve with the time was obtained.The results showed that the calculation results and the simulation results of the physical model were basically consistent.And the optimized scheme was verified in the experiment.The analysis results provide the theoretical basis for the similar structural design.The action process and working principle of the double gun in the gun head mechanism are explained in detail,and a new type of electromechanical integrated anti-collision device is added to provide double protection for the gun head mechanism.According to the design of the anti-collision mechanism,combined with the theory of collision related knowledge,ANSYS/Workbench and LS-DYNA are used for the joint simulation of the gun body,The stress change process and the change curve of centroid displacement of the structure in the collision process are obtained,the results verify that the design is reasonable and can meet the needs.At last,the topology of the guide plate of the important part X mobile mechanism is optimized.Under the condition of ensuring the strength,the quality is reduced by 40%,which greatly reduces the quality of the X to the moving mechanism and improves the dynamic characteristics.The main design and processing procedures have been completed.The whole prototype has completed assembled and debugged,the equipment runs stably and the marking effect reaches the expected goal,which fully proves the rationality and feasibility of the design,and provides the basic conditions for the further optimization of the equipment.
