Nuclear power generation is a highly strategic part of China's energy structure in the future.However,ensuring the safety of nuclear power generation is the basic prerequisite for the development of nuclear power.Therefore,periodic inspection and maintenance of nuclear power facilities is a necessary link for nuclear power generation.The reactor pressure vessel is one of the important facilities in the nuclear power generation system.It has important functions such as preventing nuclear fuel from overflowing.It consists of a top cover and a reactor vessel.The two are connected by bolts to achieve the effect of sealing.The existence of damage will affect the sealing performance of the pressure vessel,which may lead to irreversible results.The detection of main bolt holes in pressure vessels in China is still at the stage of manual visual inspection using video recording.There are some cases of false detection and missed detection,and the detection efficiency is not efficient.In view of this,this paper proposes and develops an automated main bolt hole detection system based on 2D laser measurement technology.The main research contents are as follows:1.Related theoretical foundations and measurement techniques are investigated.Based on the current domestic and foreign existing pressure vessel main bolt hole detection systems and three-dimensional topography measurement methods for complex curved surfaces,an in-depth investigation and summary are conducted to lay the theoretical and technical foundation for the completion of the main bolt hole detection system with independent intellectual property rights;2.The scheme of the main bolt hole detection system for pressure vessels is developed.According to the target function required by the main bolt hole detection system of the pressure vessel,the overall scheme design of the detection system is completed,and plans for functional modules such as 2D laser 3D point cloud data acquisition,detection system moving trolley,and automatic positioning of the inspection system are drawn up;3.The development of laser detection system for main bolt holes of pressure vessels is designed and completed.According to the predetermined design plan,the selection of all hardware modules according to the target performance parameters of the detection system is completed.The error source sensitivity of the comprehensive error of the two-dimensional motion platform is analyzed by using multi-body theory modeling.Second,the main bolt hole laser detection system is completed by using Solidworks.The overall three-dimensional design of the hardware,processing and assembly of physical objects;finally,on this basis,the development of specific software functional modules is completed to achieve the integration of the entire detection system hardware and software;4.Overall debugging and experiments for verification is designed.The overall debugging of the main bolt hole laser detection system of the pressure vessel is completed.The real working scene is simulated by the pressure vessel simulation body,and the design experiment is performed to verify the actual use effect of the main bolt hole laser detection system.
