The rapid development of construction industry of China further promotes the prosperity of architectural design industry.In recent years,China has strongly advocated the combination of infrastructure construction with intelligent and green environmental protection.It is urgent for architectural design companies to have their transformation and upgrading because they will face risks and challenges on the future development path of the industry.Therefore,the targeted improvement of ZS Group's operation performance and the deep exploration of management optimization plans to improve its operation performance are significant to ZS Group in its successfully overcoming the bottleneck period of the architectural design industry and its smoothly completing its transformation and upgrading.This paper carries out a PEST qualitative analysis of the macro industrial environment from the four aspects of politics,economy,social situation and technology according to basic situations of the architectural design industry as well as the development situation and management status of listed architectural design companies at home and abroad.On the basis of that,this paper also comprehensively evaluates the overall operation performance of ZS Group from the perspectives of ZS Group's business performance appraisal process as well as the four financial performance indicators of the company's profitability,debt paying ability,development ability and operation ability.In order to manage and optimize operating performance of ZS Group more comprehensively,this paper uses the method of key performance indicators to replan operation performance evaluation processes of the company according to current operation situations of ZS Group and its development strategies.This paper also puts forward practical and effective solutions to existing problems of ZS Group in its operation performance so as to make some contributions to the management and optimization of ZS Group's operation performance.This paper puts forward that the following five measures can be adopted toimprove and optimize ZS Group's performance according to its existing operational performance management problems: rearrange management processes;make up for indicator defects;improve information communication;make perfect performance incentives and strengthen management performance management;improve organizational control;enhance operation performance;better control cost;reduce business risks;pay more attention to organization culture and optimize the management philosophy of performance management.Research conclusions of this paper can provide guidance for ZS Group's breaking through its own development bottleneck and its better improving operation performance.They can also give some enlightenment for the virtuous circle development of China's architectural design industry in the future.
