With the introduction of Chinese development of manufacturing 2025 and the rapid advance of industry 4.0,the product structure is becoming more and more complicated.This has led to the rapid adoption of rapid prototyping technology in industrial manufacturing.In this paper,the commercialization of the FDM rapid prototyping machine in the use of the process of the problem,the leveling device for the printing platform was optimized.It achieves automatic leveling,improves leveling accuracy,and saves leveling time.At the same time the design of a new feeding rack,silk wire can be avoided,showing the quality of the material on the tray,and with no material alarm function.Firstly,the automatic leveling system is analyzed.We compare the hydraulic and electrical leveling method,combined with the technical requirements of the rapid prototyping platform,the electromechanical leveling system is finally selected.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of three-point,four-point and six-point leveling methods,the four-point leveling method is chosen,and the static model of the four-point support platform is established.By analyzing the common leveling strategy,this paper puts forward the strategy of leveling the law and finds the method to solve the problem of virtual leg.Secondly,the mechanical structure of automatic leveling is designed,and the main tra nsmission device is analyzed.Combined with the design requirements,the electromechanic al control system based on the C51 single chip microcomputer is selected,and the main co mponents in the system are selected.The working principle of the systems of the system so ftware is analyzed and the software flow chart is designed.Then,according to the functional requirements,we design a new feeding rack,which to avoid the material winding,with the display material quality and lack of material alarm function.Finally,we produce the automatic leveling device and feeding rack,and conduct a test validation.The test results show that the design of the automatic leveling system leveling speed,leveling accuracy,the new feeding rack can effectively avoid the wire material winding,and accurately display the quality of the material on,and with no material alarm function.
