Distribution automation provides very important technical support for the future intellectualization of distribution network.It can not only effectively improve power quality and power management,but also bring huge economic benefits to power enterprises,killing two birds with one stone.After several large-scale renovation and upgrading of rural power grid in China,the level of rural power infrastructure has been greatly improved,which promotes the development of rural economy.On the premise that the overall structure conditions of the rural power network can be guaranteed,a new round of rural power distribution network transformation plan has been carried out.How to ensure the construction of the rural power distribution automation system and further create a reliable power supply environment is of great significance to the new round of rural power network transformation.This paper mainly designed a detection terminal equipment which based on DSP a powerful digital signal processer,the terminal equipment has a higher sampling frequency,and it can analyze the harmonic components of the sampled signal by using Fourier algorithm,and Calculated the instantaneous Three-Phase Reactive Power by using Clark transform.And introduced a more advanced SVG reactive power compensation system,which can compensate the system reactive power in real time.And,in order to achieve automation,the device integrates a communication module based on GPRS network,which can perform real-time data transmission and command reception with the superior substation,and at the same time,to communicate with devices such as transformers and Smart switch,obtain the information like over-excitation,temperature and abnormal faults by using 485 asynchronous serial communication.moreover,considering the future addition of new equipment to the rural network,in order to be compatible with new equipment,the open and widely adopted MODBUS protocol is adopted at the software level.In order to facilitate on-site debugging and remote control and other human-computer interaction requirements,a keyboard and display screen are added for the terminal device,and a host computer interface based on LabView was designed.All in all,The use of the automation terminal plays an important role in ensuring the stability,reliability,safety and efficiency of the rural power supply system.
