As a crucial long-term development strategy for our nation,new rural construction's purpose is to improve the overall rural environment effectively.The power industry holds a key role in the deployment of strategy as it plays an essential part and will directly impact rural production and life quality.With continuous progress in construction,people's living standards are also becoming more and more modern.This is accompanied by a sharp increase in electricity consumption and led to rural power grid system load increase.In return,the power supply load also becomes greater and the power quality decreases gradually.Therefore,how to improve the power stability in the power system and improve the energy utilization rate has gradually become a new significant area of research field.The main idea of this paper is to use reactive power compensation technology,through the design of a dynamic compensation control system,to improve quality and efficiency of rural power system.Firstly,via extensive reading and research to understand the rural distribution network reactive power compensation technology and compensation device development status while comparing to existing research,it resulted in some design ideas in a hybrid compensation devices.Secondly,the detailed perspective of rural distribution network and the basic theory of reactive power compensation technology provide the theoretical basis for the next research and analysis.Then,this paper expatiates on the relevant theoretical knowledge of TSC and SVG and designs a dynamic hybrid reactive power compensation control system with parallel structure.It helps to prove the feasibility of the scheme from the point of view of running characteristics.At the same time,the control strategy of hybrid reactive power compensation system is put forward.Added the consideration and adoption of a reactive current detection algorithm suitable for power distortion and critical effect of instantaneous reactive power theory on reactive power detection,it improves the accuracy of reactive data detection.Finally,the simulation model of the design scheme is used to analyze the control strategy and the reactive current detection method.The correctness and compensation effect of the system are proved by simulation.At the same time,the hardware and software design of the hybrid reactive power compensation controller is also carried out.
