Distribution automation is an important means for the implementation of intelligent distribution network,which not only can greatly improve the distribution network scheduling,production and operation management level,but also can improve the economic and social benefits of power supply enterprises,while allowing the large electric power customers to directly enjoy the high-quality,humanized services brought by the smart gridAfter more than 10 years of rural power grids alteration,rural power infrastructure in China has been greatly improved,and promote d the upgrading of rural consumption.With the main grid and power supply capacity has been effectively strengthened and safeguarded,in response to a new round of rural power network transformation of the call,how to achieve rural power distribution system automation,to further ensure the security of the rural power,to improve the service quality og the rural power,to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise,is an important issue to upgrade the rural electric reform.In this paper,the technical requirements of rural power distribution automation system are analyzed in detail.Starting with the overall architecture of distribution system,the construction principles of the main station,monitoring terminal and communication system in the process of rural power distribution automation system construction are deeply studied.Aiming at the complex and diverse working environment and sparse load distribution of rural power grids,a higher requirement is put forward for monitoring terminal design and communication system construction.In this paper,the design goal and application function of monitoring terminal of distribution automation system in rural power grid are proposed,and the design method of hardware and software of monitoring terminal is given respectively by using hierarchical structure and modularized design idea,which ensures the reliability of distribution automation system.In this paper,the relevant content of rural distribution network are discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream communication modes in the structure and operation characteristics are analyzed.Based on the principles of "fiber-based and wireless-assisted" power communication network,the tightly coupled network mode of optical fiber network and wireless network is proposed to improve the reliability and manageability of rural power communication network.Finally,the project realization scheme of automation of power distribution system in Wuhu County is given,and the great benefits in power supply system reliability,safety and economy from that are expounded.Overall,through researching on the rural power distribution system automation,this paper has the urgent practical significance to the power supply enterprise,and has the very good instruction significance to the promotion of the rural electricity distribution system automation work,and has the important strategic significance to the service of new-style urbanization and the beautiful village construction.
